Sell tickets online
We support various sales methods. You can sell tickets online directly via your own website using the iframe / API / Wordpress plugin. You can also publish the event on our events page. You can specify different ticket types at different price levels.

Dynamic registration forms
Create various, dynamic, value-driven registration forms (if the field value is yes, another field will be displayed and if the value is no, the field will not appear, etc.) using our simple and intuitive registration form configurator. This is how you get all the necessary information from your participants.

Real-time reports
View sales reports, visitor details and on-site attendee flow real-time on your display. All visitor data is GDPR compliant and available for additional marketing activities or sending information to participants after the event.

Discount codes
You just create discount codes to offer special prizes to selected customers. You can create codes with an monetary amount or percentage discount and they may be single-use or multi-use. Codes may have a limited quantity and validity.

Email invitations
Import your contacts and send them a personalized RSVP invitation with the dynamic registration form. You can customize the email template with a drag&drop graphic tool. You can continue working with the list of guests who confirmed their participation and submitted data you requested.

Access control
On event, you can check the tickets by your using our iOS / Android app. Multi-zone access control is supported as well, while you don't have to worry about losing connection - it works offline too. RFID tracking for visitors and a cashless credit system are available too. If needed, we also rent powerful ticket scanning hadrware .

Sell special types of tickets at the venue and print them out with the POS module.

Check-in the visitors using the application and once done you can also print a plastic card, badge or wristband directly on the event. We will rent you the printers and all the neccesary hardware needed.

Visitor management
Work effectively with the list of your visitors and all the additional information you need from them. Add, import, and edit the attendee list, including any additional information that you choose to collect from your visitors. This can be easily exported into Excel .

Mobile apps
We can create your own Android, iOS, and Windows Phone app for your event. In the app, you can show the lineup, the event program, the information about the parners, or we can also add modules such as photowall, faceswap, etc.. The mobile app offers integration with Inviton, so the visitor doesn’t need to bring a printed ticket but can show the mobile screen. We can also design your app or you can give us a ready-made design.

Visitor check-in
Register and manage guests on multiple devices in real time . Identification is possible by QR scanning or by quickly finding the visitor in the list. Mobile app is available for iOS / Android.

Audience interaction
Module for collecting the audience questions at the event and obtaining feedback using surveys. The module is self-service and you can set it up and customize it directly in your event administration.

Inviton Scheduler
Use our tool to help you set up the conference program and plan venues and rooms. Eliminate participants' Excel tables and easily manage guests, speakers and participants directly in the system using the attendees import feature. Inviton Scheduler will alert you for conflicts in the speaker program and you will be able to easily eliminate them.
